First, my hat's off to those of you who posted the detailed summaries of today's conf. call. You apparently posess some remarkable shorthand skills to have got it all down so well!
Now, a few knees were obviously jerked today, but it didn't turn into a rout, and I was very pleased to see the stock regain some strength toward the end of the trading session. I believe that people quickly began to realize that the overall message (no doubt deliberately subdued for legal reasons) was still very positive - things are proceeding according to plan albeit somewhat slower than anticipated.
Many of you are now advising us all not to rely too heavily on second- hand comments we see here, in terms of our investment decisions, and this is prudent advice. The problem, however, is that we haven't received any first-hand information either. Sure, the company put up their website to provide us with information, but so far it's only served as a not-particularly attractive billboard. I think several of the points Cal Reed made today could have been put on the website, and thereby having provided us with some first-hand information all along. As it is, the website is about as useless as those proverbial things on a boar!
