What a case you are. Why would you dodge answering this question if you have nothing to hide? What is your policy on owning or trading stocks that you recommend? If you are who you represent yourself to be, then you are charging people for the minute on a 900 number for irresponsible (to give you the benefit of the doubt) "opinions." The analysis and rationale used to support those opinions reflect an acute incompetence regarding stocks. Those "opinions" would have caused people to lose significant percentages of their investment. Those "opinions" have been repeated publicly to your chagrin. In fact, if you are who you represent yourself to be, you should be ashamed and concerned for the people who might have listened to you. It is worth repeating: It must kill you to have people pointing out your irresponsible actions. If you are the 900 number service provider you represent yourself to be, I can understand that accountability from the writers you attack could hurt your business. Tough luck for you. I have no sympathy for you. Answer and document the relevant and serious questions about your trading history in connection with your recommendations.
