those non proforma huge losses are really no big deal they overpaid for acquisitions in stock swap both parent and object stock were taken down in price goodwill writedowns as I see it not like Cisco, whose practices seem more criminal with every new examination writing down "research in progress", excess inventory which later shows up as sales I still dont see the attraction to tech sector now technology might be the last to enjoy recovery at least computerdom, networkdom, telecom, fiberoptics / jim
