...but to be honest......I prefer a straight Guinness. I prefer straight Guinness in pub in Ireland... <g> That was the best Guinness I ever tasted. Many or the barkeeps would do a trick of drawing a shamrock or some other type of picture in the head of the beer with the last pump of the specially designed tap. The head was so thick that the shamrock would almost still be visible at the bottom of the pint glass when finished... I always enjoy watching the pouring procedure of a Guinness. If they pour it right in front of you, your mouth will water as you wait for the first of two pours to settle into the pint. Not a good beer to order if you are in a rush... <g> -CG
