A new Varian hearing? what does this mean? There will just be a new hearing in regard to the final judgement order? or is the judge rethinking the case a little? This order is overly broad and burdensome. I can tell you that yahoo cannot delete the old messages. They can't even delete all posts by a user. Their servers are too complex. "On Jan 16, 2001 Judge Jack Komar refused to sign this Order and instead scheduled a new hearing for February 6, 2002."
