How do you excuse all of the attacks against Israel? By searching for a document that might show that Israel acted aggressively, at times.
Palestinian terrorists blow up a bus and kill and maim many, and the patents of the suicide bombers jump for joy at their son's death, and the world is mostly quiet.

I would think that, after 60+ years of the Palestinian Terror Campaign to destroy Israel, certain people would see a pattern going on.
