Would you mind spelling it out here for any who happen to 'stupid' like me regarding such or similar legal/corporate insider trading 'guidelines,' or 'rules,' as you put it, or under any other euphemism ... for financial news reporters/anchors directly or indirectly employed -- or 'contracted' through, for example, Dow Jones on-air 'talent.'
