At a guess, it will take a while for Anne McLellan to get a handle on the ministry. By that time, Pennsaid should be through the hoops. Personally, I can't see it making much difference.
I'm having trouble getting a sense of how bad the HC delay is. A few questions come to mind:
1 - Is this an unheard-of delay, or just a run-of-the-mill, average delay?
2 - How much importance do the posters here attach to the theory that HC will not get ahead of FDA?
3 - What is the leading theory as to the reason for the delay, in terms of the product? That is, is there an area that everyone, more or less, sees as the greatest potential "weak spot"?
Been through the SH posts, just starting on the SI posts, but find it difficult to get a fix on these questions.
