He didn't even expect to get revenues on SOI based products until the end of the year. I doubt it take up much of the fab, then. Re: "AMD already stated they expected to complete 130nm transition in Q4 2001." You mean Q4 2002? That would be correct, but it doesn't say anything about Q4 fab space dedicated to this transition. AMD says they have just started production wafers. You don't just start with 50% of your fab capacity. wbmw
