PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

I put in a limit options buy for 5 contracts of Western Digital WUG 35
Calls at 1 7/16.

E-Trade executed 3 of those contracts and they say that if the remaining
two do not execute today, they will charge me DOUBLE commission tomorrow
to execute the remaining two. They have refused to credit me commission
for the partial fill and charge me only one commission as it should be.

Has anyone had any experiences with this? What can I do about it? Thanks
in advance.
