Mr. Big, It seems I responded to you on the right thread, but the subject really belonged to another thread. In any event, over the weekend, i read a new S-3 from FONR, and it is quite clear to me that they have a floorless debenture on their hands. Anyone has a diverging opinion? I posted the relevant part in
Message 16913974, but of course, that just brought on the normal branding of "nefarious intentions", "basher" etc. C'est la vie.
