dennis, the chart is indicating caution since the level of bearish advisors came in recently very low (lowest since july 98), rydex traders have been cautious most of this rally, don't know what to make of this because usually both surveys would line up and provide some consensus.

gaps down like we've had in the last week, indicate a real shift in sentiment, imo
