I find it rather odd that reported maxpain is so sticky and then jumps right to the next strike point, with no in betweens. I would rather that they stay consistent to their methodology and simply report the average every day without rounding it to the nearest strike. That way we could see the day by day marginal moves. Fortunately it is pretty easy to calculate a more accurate estimate of maxpain.
