re: AMD rounding up and other oddities.
Mathematically to round up 0.4 to "1.0" is dishonest.
Perhaps related to a pervasive disregard for accuracy by AMD, for the life of me I can't find detailed financial tables relating to 4th Q 2001 results for AMD...I've looked everywhere, including AMD's website. I had wanted to verify that cash balance is minimally down AS WELL AS debt, as claimed in their CC. Mathematically, this too seems impossible! How can you have losses resulting in decreased cash reserves, yet still be able to reduce debt?!! Just doesn't add up.
