I can't answer your question: who is to blame? Congressional hearings begin on January 24.
Criminal charges may have been placed against the auditors today. I'm not sure
though because so much has happened so quickly.

Karen keeps up on the auditing so if you have future questions, ask her. I believe she would be happy
