Here is what happen shortly after my SEC testimony ... ftc.gov Then Department of Justice ... usdoj.gov Bottomline is though indicted there is no mention of arrest or anything ... But you are right there is no mention of location ... Still amazed that no brokerages are charged in selling stock for Fisher into the market.
