IMHO, Ken Lay is 'the John Gotti of white collar corporate criminals'...

Eventually, The Justice Department was able to put that famous mafia boss away....They need to do the same thing with Mr. Lay. This is just my view -- based on what I have learned so far. I am sure the Mr. Lay will hire many of the most expensive lawyers money can buy so he can try to avoid the punishment he deserves. The government should be willing to hire the best talent to go after him too. Lets hope the Justice Department and the SEC do their homework well...A MESSAGE MUST BE SENT TO CORPORATE AMERICA that Ken Lay's behavior is reckless, irresponsible and illegal. I think it can be proven. Fortune wrote a great cover story that came out on December 24, 2001...Here's what they put on the cover of their national magazine...

<<The Enron Disaster: Lies. Arrogance. Betrayal.
How Ken Lay and his team destroyed America's seventh-largest corporation.>>

Those are bold statements to make.
