Bill, From a technical perspective it is still too early. Wait for 20 or for the break of 26 to finish off the possible reverse head and shoulders. I have not had much of a chance to listen to conference calls this week. I should have a chance this weekend. So I can give you a better opinion of the fundamentals then. CMVT depends on contracts from carriers to implement value added services. I am not all that convinced that text messaging/eamil is a big seller right now, with declining subscrbier growth rates and most carriers only spending money on their operational side as opposed to their cap ex side (which CMVT sells in to).
