Great, the AA partner is now blaming the attorneys for telling him to destroy the papers, Well, if he had done the books properly in the first place there would be no incriminating papers to destroy. I don't think SEC chairman Harvey Pitt should excuse himself because he was once attorney advising AA. I think that makes him all the better to find the truth. IMO
