That was an impressive Q. I especially like the surge in consumer buying. While the shrink-wrapped products may have smaller margins up front, the renew-over-the-web subscription model is a gold mine. Also, it gets consumers comfortable with Norton so they know what brand to use when the day comes that we all need a wireless AV subscription to protect our cell phones/PDAs. That's a pure-margin business with a recurring revenue stream. Add barriers to entry, too -- only a handful of firms in the world have a full library of viruses and the expertise to continually update it. Doesn't get any better than that. RK
