To me TA is the facts, accumulation and distribution of shares. However, the interpretation of the facts is subjective. Volume is the key for proper analysis.
Even if the 3A are at it, this is distribution. Its very clear on the Accum/Distr line. We trade on the secondary so financing is fair game. It affects the charts. FA it affects dilution issue. Therefore, in my view, cannot be artificial.
