Chris, in the original subpoena Richter (Dobry's lawyer) served on Lycos (the owner of Raging Bull), he inadvertently included about 50 names that were actually Dobry aliases. Oops. So Richter simply called Lycos and told them to cross them off, which they promptly did. The upshot is that lawyers apparently have great latitude in how they can modify subpoenas. Keep that in mind :).
