Re: 1/17/02 - [Marchese vs. Dobry] Silicon Investor agrees not to release information, allowing time needed for a Motion to Quash

VIA EMAIL ONLY

Dear Valued Silicon Investor Member:

Silicon Investor has received several communications declaring that motions to quash will be filed for the subpoena to release subscriber information in the case of Richard Marchese v. Gary Dobry, U.S. District Court Case No. 00 C 5606 ("Dobry subpoena"). Upon good faith reliance on the named parties filing motions to quash, Silicon Investor will not release any subscriber information in response to the Dobry subpoena. If you are one of the subscribers filing a motion to quash the Dobry subpoena, please keep us informed of your matter.

Sincerely Yours,

Jan Riggs, Associate Paralegal
