Well let me bitch a little more, Jay. CSW's service is inconsistent, and at times, costly when the information's not available. This thread was started to highlight those problems (connectivity, inaccurate data, MD, etc). Unfortunately, there's not a lot of options out there (PCQuotes is outrageously priced). So if I want to vent, I'll vent here. And if you don't like it, GFY.
