Below $3 ---geez, you guys sure can pick 'em! Let you in on a little secret....the market likes companies who report earnings without the parenthesis (know what I mean?) 19 million was an absurdly high settlement and IMHO, the company has been less than honest with shareholders. First, they promised to "vigerously defend" the lawsuit that was "without merit" (HA!), then they quickly settled out of court for a giant sum. Now they come up with some trivial news item to pump the stock up. Come on guys, I know I'm the bad guy on this thread, but open your eyes! I hate to see the little guy getting messed over.
