Believe it or not, i just found this thread...

couple questions...

1)What would it take to get more historical data on the NDX/ compx... 20 plus years or more, even if it's only weekly? I'd love to se a monthly data base that could be charted back to 1970/72 or so...even if it cost a litle more. I'm surprised that some of the forgeign indexes go much further back than the U.S. markets. I think it's so important given the fact that the early to mid 70's was the last bear market as severe as this one.

2) why no XMI index?

3)Also, am i able to superimpose a line chart of the SPX, or OEX, or any other index over a chart of the VIX?

I've been an Extra subscriber since almost the very beginning, and i remember when Chip was just putting his stuff on MDD. You guys do a great job, thx for the hard work. I'd love to re-up after my 14 mnths is over as much as i'd love to see more historical data
