I wish I could agree. As noted in the Citigroup earnings release, they are looking to implement $1B in cost savings and expenditures... If we are still in a situation of overcapacity coupled with corporations implementing cost cutting measures with an eye to meeting earnings "growth"....I'm afraid I don't see the pent up demand. Eventually yes...but I still believe we are contracting. The companies will continue to slash spending until we get a real balance between capacity and demand.
