People! Even if you turn of all your Net software you are still connected! That is the way @home works and it is one of their big selling points. With cable the hogs are no more with THE future if the Net. You ALL need to get a clue. You CANNOT be logged off without shutting off your computer, pulling the card, or un-hooking your cable. Simple FACT.
