John - Thanks.

I am equally pessimistic on GMGC as to substance but trust a silly retail market interest in GMGC and smoke from the CFO to take me out once again at a profit. Sell on the news, stop loss every position.

I think the revised NASDAQ rules that maintain the requirements but lengthen the grace periods (and give National Market sinners an automatic Small Cap purgatory)are now in effect; but I could not quickly find anything to confirm that.
