Yes, terrorists is what they truly are -- financial terrorists! We need to wage war in this country against these types of terrorists.


You know, I have not made that statement before seeing you make it first here at SI, but that thought has crossed my mind many times. I have thought similarly of those who destroy lives in this way. It is not just money or "simply business." Many people's lives have been completely destroyed. When you're in your younger years and experience this, you at least have a chance to recover; those in their later years will never recover. Knowingly and intentionally annihilating the lives of thousands of honest and loyal Americans is evil. There is no other word. If I were the judge, and these charges are proven, I would lock those responsible away for life in prison without the possibility of parole. Those who lost their life savings, have seen a lifetime of work erased by these scoundrels, who now may contend with the greed of lawyers taking huge payouts of money that after all belongs to the employees and shareholders, deserve at least that much, to know there is a tiny measure of justice as a consequence of what has been done them. In some ways, their future has been assassinated. Those who are responsible for this should be severely punished.
