Pitt's new division will just slap hands I bet He must look like a tough guy because of the Enron situation so he starts an enforcement division to monitor and persue cases against accountants. When they finally do sue one then go after him, they will probably just slap their hand and make them promise never to do it again, without admitting or denying guilt of course. The SEC doesn't have the power to really crack down on these guys, nor the desire with Pitt at the helm. The need the powers of the Justice Department instead of having to beg for their help on only certain cases which also involve other criminal acts. I want Levitt back :-(
