Spoke with Jack Wilson (IR @ IECS) yesterday for an update, two things prompted the call: 1. The last time I talked with him he said the ROP plant I refer to it as the pig plant would be coming online in July. 2. Given yesterday's decline in price share maybe it was time to buy some more.

The plant will not be completed in July(although it is partially operational as they have 650 pigs on site now) but maybe mid- to late- August. I asked him if when open would it be used for much needed PR visits and showcasing, he said not until financing was arranged for other plants and that was hard given the current share price, sounds like a Catch-22. This is different than his story when I talked with him about 6 weeks ago he said the plant would be open for anyone and everyone to visit and tour.

I also asked him about the Bio-remediation portion of IECS and he said this was running well.

After I got done with my call I was unsure whether buying at current levels was a good idea, if I could drive by the plant in Ontario and get a look at the construction site to be sure of the situation (650 pigs are hard to hide) I might be prone to stock up. Problem is the first chance I can get out there is mid-August.
