Overdone????Hardly.... When the last lawyer gets HAL's last dime then it will be over. Look at FMO (Federal Mogul) another fine company with billions in sales driven to bankruptcy by asbestos litigation. Plus HAL has got another problem thanks to ENE. There is no possibility of a bailout now with so many Republicans falling over themselves to get away from implications of begging for money from the oil patch. Cheney should give back his severance bonus to HAL...He was the cause of this not so mysterious illness, called $$$$ASBESTOS LITIGATION $$$$$ Jerome
