You're correct, Mark. The panic sellers this morning will be jumping out of the plane with market orders as their parachutes and may lose quite a bit. I am often amazed at the response to some of these pre-announcements and quarterly earnings reports.

Yes, I was surprised by the announcement of earnings being near breakeven but, as you note, there have been upside surprises in the recent past for this company and it may happen again. I looked at the 1996 June quarter and CRNR actually lost money. That was the last bad quarter for the company.

The software result is exceptional. Do you have any idea what the total market is for the software that CRNR develops? I want to believe that the software gains could mitigate any cycles in what I perceive to be a hardware market with a much slower or nil growth rate.
