If the politicians acted on those requests in a questionable way, certainly they would deserve even more scrutiny. But again, there isn't any indication that any politicians did anything wrong (either dem or rep). IMO the bigger issue is what was not done. Enron bought the republicans and the democrats. How many turned a blind eye and gave Enron a carte blanche? Zeuspaul
