Yes, but no set date doesn't mean we can take six months to respond if we so choose. That's why it's important SI understand the subpoena is nothing more than pure harassment and take measures internally not only to not honor it but to also sue Richter for the time their lawyers spent dealing with members over it as a deterrent to others who may seek to do the same thing.
