The actual results:

byteandswitch.com

The report is unwieldy, but this page shows how Q switches do with the maximum and minimum frame sizes in different configurations and burst counts. Note the bar graphs and the dotted line showing the "theoretical maximum" throughput. Remeber the arguments we used to have here about the 1 Gbps theoretical max and whether an Ancor switch could achieve it?

I also like the disclaimer on this report - independently sponsored and no conflict of interest. My only beef here (and for the past 5 years) - what took so long?
