zonkie, Clinton had his moments with the ladies, but Bush Layed waste California energy consumers, Enron debtors, and Enron shareholders. Maybe we were better off with Monica calling the shots.....

(Didn't mean that as a defense of Clinton, he seemed cozy with Lay too and this Enron thing started under Clinton's watch.)
