Fonix is History...

Unless they are holding one "heck" of a big secret hole card, Fonix is done.

I am quite mixed with my thoughts.

I do know that fonix has acquired some very talented people over the past two years. I don't know these people, but I know of them.

I know they have families and they want this company to survive and prosper. I know that. I know that all of these people are good people. And for all of these families, I want Fonix to succeed.

But, I have a hatred for Roger Dudley, and therefore I have an even greater desire for the failure of Fonix.

My best wishes would be the success of Fonix and the Failure of Roger Dudley.

For many years people have made investment decisions in Fonix and other company based upon the claims and information supplied by Roger Dudley.

Millions of dollars have been lost by innocent, hard working people.

AS LONG AS I LIVE I WILL NEVER FORGET BEING AT THE 1996 SHAREHOLDER MEETING and HEARING THIS:

"two old guys in thier sixties talking about how they bought another couple of hundred shares of Fonix a piece"

at the time fonix was trading for about $8 a share.

"and oh, how proud they were to be Fonix shareholders at that time."

So yeah I guess I hate some people at Fonix for the Deception at that level....

Roger Dudley is less than honest...
