You not only refered stockholders to Mike Patterson, but covered your trail by rationalizing you did so to "educate" investors about shorting, at the same time your low-life piece of dung buddy, broker Mike Kugler was refering stockholders to Lanza employee & ex-associate of Mike Zapara, himself an ex-employee of Lanza's, Jim Grant. Tell me Pauly, piice of ####, isn't Paige Harper gone? How the #### is anyone going to call her? Maybe folks should contact the SEC about you, Kugler, Lanza employees, Marchese associates, former PI employees, two organized crime families, SI employees and the scams you participated in. As for AZNT, all stockholders should be flooding the SEC about Sylver & no disclosure about Lorrichio suing him, who owns the parent co. in Brazil now, or that Sylver is issuing UNATHORIZED stock while trying to get new investors into AZNT eventhough they no longer have any rights to the products!!

CG, Let me clarify from yesterday, The Lorrichio's resigned. Sylver cannot market or produce any more of Lorrichio's formulations. Lorrichio Sr. is suing Sylver. The parent company, owned by Sylver & another interest, is moving ahead and planning a stock exchange for legit AZNT shareholders. NO SHELL!!! NO HISTORY!! NO DIRT!!
Shareholders, call in your certs and flood the SEC with complaints about Sylver and the Shell gang who orchestrate these reverse merger pump & dumps at your expense.
Sylver is issuing stock unauthorized & working out private placements with potential investors who have no idea that Lorrichio resigned and the parent company in Brazil owns all the intellectual properties. Sylver can't do sh*t, has no product, hasn't paid employee taxes or disclosed important material events to the SEC/investors.
Call your stock. These boards are organized crime!

Your ties to organized crime are in stone, evidenced by the imformation you have and disseminate, you working relationships with the SEC sanctioned Rick Marchese, who's threats to me were traced by the FBI, your associations with Joseph Pittera, another who's activities were/are being investigated by the SEC & who you provided "exhibits" to harass me with lawsuits. Your associations with Ken/Jason Nelbert, Joseph Mann/Defazio, etc, Doumanis, Creative Capital, the FBI investigated boiler room WellRich, Peter Shur , fomerly of WellRich, now IMS, Zapara,who's wife is the TA for Pittera's co.'s, and on & on.
Yes, I went to the SEC, Yes, they subpoenaed my records. I wa/am providing info to both the feds & SEC, you don't think they checked me out?
You on the otherhand , lied. Your address & phone number belong to a Gloria Turrin, not you. Janice Evans Shell resides on Newbie Way in Elk Grove Calif and is/was employed by CPS. No one can do what you do the amount of time you do it w/o it being employment, vocation or sickness.
My belief is these revrse merger pump & dump scams are orchestrated by you, your group & ALWAYS have promoters and insiders working with you. The last 120 indictments from the feds suggest that the are closing in on your group. I believe your time is running out.
