Thanks! I appreciate the time you took in writing all of those tips, etc. I'm ordering the equipment this weekend from an online homebrew supplier. I've checked several sites and see that I can get a beginner set up for approx. $55 including the shipping. Not bad. I can upgrade the kit to include ingredients and bottle caps for approx. $85... It should pay for itself after a few batches... <g> I'm certain I'll have more questions for you in the coming weeks. Thanks again for the help. -CG
