Hi edde,

Nice to hear from you. I am in full agreement with you. The fundamentals for Denison appear to be getting stronger every quarter.

Denison will most likely be generating a cash flow of $50M or greater by the end of the year. Now thats a healthy cash flow, and a company can do a lot of good things with it. It may even start to acquire other small companies with good assets and reserves that are currently selling at depressed prices (post Bre-X syndrome).

Even technically Denison looks strong. About 6 months ago Denison was trading at 30 cents. Monday it closed at 38.5 cents, for a gain of about 28%. Not bad for 6 months, and the climb has been very steady.

I think Denison is a slow but steady gainer. Barring any crash, Denison should double in a years time.

How about Denison paying an annual dividend of 1 cents a share ? I guess I am dreaming. But give it another couple of years, and I think the dividend could become a possibility.

Regards, Lalit Jain
