Vodafone Germany still plans to introduce UMTS services in Germany in the Autumn of this year. Xonio reports that Jurgen von Kuczkowski, chairman of D2 Vodafone, said this on January 17, in Dusseldorf. He also stated that the construction of the network is proceeding according to plan, and in Autumn also related appliances, like UMTS phones will be available.
