Even more interesting:

Look at the Dates.
April 7 - Enron-Cheney meeting.
May 18 - Lou Pai, CEO of Enron subsidiary, begins selling shares worth $353 million.
And from the previous link:
a National Security Council aide wrote in a June 28 e-mail.

The interesting thing is that a month after meeting with Cheney the insiders are starting to sell and Cheney is pressuring the government of India to give Enron money. By Nov. the insiders have completed sales and Enron is radioactive to the administration. Clearly a lot of people wante to keep the coming implosion quiet until the parachutes were open.
