DIGL... f/o testing equipment make money even in this overcapacity glut p/e <10 current technology is being made exclusively for broadband. this will eventually mandate that the unused fiber will be lit. it's the companies like DIGL, not a JDSU or NT or Q, that will benefit the most. it's undervalued by any rational metric. hope that's a start. i flip it all the time but have a few thousand shares in IRA for LT. basis right here.
