Hi Kemble,

Re: <<"How can anyone stop DELL?" Please tell me because I will sell all my shares on their outstanding analysis...>>

Here's how Dell can be stopped. Dell can stop Dell!!! A company's growth creates many problems and challenges for the company. If a company can't respond to all these problems, they can fail.

Here's a situation that I just encountered. A week ago I received my new Dell computer. This is the fifth computer that I purchased from Dell, and it's a high end computer.

The problems that I encountered with Dell all centered around customer service and tech support. I won't detail all the problems that I encountered as they were many and are still going on. However, if you want the details, let me know and I'll give them to you.

As a result of these problems, I came very close to packing up the computer and returning it to Dell. Very close.

It's my belief, gained from my recent experience, that Dell's customer service and tech support has gone from an A+ to and F-. If Dell's management doesn't fix this problem, I can see where customers are going to go else where for their computers.

Remember, its takes forever to built a reputation, and a few seconds to tear it down.

Stock Bull

PS: I have noticed that other members of this thread have recently posted the problems that they had with Dell. So, I'm not the only one who has encountered problems with Dell.
