Recycle bin disappeared from my desktop.
I am running WIN 98 and recycle bin has suddenly disappeared. I''ve tried to Find it with a search and also looked in control panel but can't seem to find a way to restore it. When I delete a file it gives me the dialog do you want to send to recycle bin so I assume it is going somewhere. I suspect there must be an easy way to restore it.
