MM--From everything we've seen, a growth rate in subscribers of 10 to 15 percent is highly unlikely. Furthermore, as others have pointed out, you have to consider not only new subscribers but existing subscribers upgrading their phones are buying second or third units, such as a PDA with wireless access and including QCOM chips. If China adopts CDMA at even the more conservative end of estimates, that alone would account for a 10 to 15 percent increase in subscribers.
