Last I remember on ELN there was the accounting issue where they set up r&d partnerships to keep the expenses off. Note I'm not saying eln did not set it up properly (there are legit ways to do it) but with ene if there is a whiff of a taint on accounting irregularaties then it could have some trouble. They also have a good tie in with lgnd.
