Can anyone provide some insight on how this private placement will effect the behavior of vaso's stock price? Specifically what is the meaning of "a private placement of $3.0 million of 5% Series B Convertible Preferred Shares"? How many shares? What was the price of them? When are they convertible? I am not referring to the reasons given in the announcement. Private placements can have a negative effect; eg if the price of the shares greatly undercut the current price of the stock and the money raised did not get used to significantly improve the bottom line. There then can be a large move toward the exits. How can we obtain more particulars about this placement?
